Your English-speaking driver meets you at the Port of Lisbon arrivals terminal in a private air-conditioned vehicle and transports you to visit these two lovely and historical gems. Wander the charming streets, admire the monuments and savor the atmosphere.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Sintra provides an exotic landscape in extraordinary, even magical, natural surroundings. Its beauty has been celebrated by famous poets & writers for centuries. Sintra is a UNESCO World Heritage site as the first 19th century European center for Romantic architecture. The National Palace is Portugal’s best preserved medieval royal residence.

Cascais, historically an important defensive city for its close proximity to Lisbon & coastal position, became a chic seaside resort when King Luís II built a summer home here at the end of the 19th century. Many royal families passed their exile here during WWII.
