- We will respond to booking requests within 24 hours of receipt.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 30% of the trip’s total cost.
- We accept the following payment methods:
v Credit card – VISA and MasterCard only;
v PayPal – this payment method carries a commission fee of 4%;
v Online payment – using credit card or PayPal via our secure link.
- All prices and fares are quoted in Euros.
- City tours, Day trips & Shore excursions –
v When paying via credit card:
- the remaining balance (70% of the total) is due on the day of the booked service (or of the first service in the event of multiple bookings)
- we will charge the credit card of record used for the deposit payment unless otherwise indicated by the client.
v When paying via PayPal, the remaining balance (70% of the total) must be made two (2) days prior to the date of the booked service (or of the first service in the event of multiple bookings)
v When using our secure link, the remaining balance (70% of the total) must be made via the same link two (2) days prior to the date of the booked service (or of the first service in the event of multiple bookings)
- Custom vacations –
v Regardless of the payment method to be used (credit card, PayPal or secure link), the remaining balance (70% of the total) is due 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Modifications & Cancellations:
- Modifications or cancellations of booked services (those for which the 30% non-refundable deposit has been paid) must be made in writing and will only be effective upon acknowledgement of receipt by Best Private Tours.
- Cancellation of booked services (those for which the 30% non-refundable deposit has been paid) will be subject to the following fees at the discretion of Best Private Tours:
v Notice received more than 7 days prior to scheduled service: No cancellation fee will be applied.
v Notice received between 7 days and 48 hours prior to scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 25% of the balance due will be applied.
v Notice received within 48 hours or less prior to scheduled service: We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the balance due.
v No refund is given if a client terminates the service once it has begun or in the case of a “no show” for a scheduled service.
v No refund is given in cases of force majeure.
Note: Custom vacations and certain group services may require additional deposits and/or have particular payment terms and conditions. In such cases, these additional deposit amounts and related payment terms and conditions will be communicated, in writing, prior to final booking.
Comments, Suggestions & Complaints:
- Kindly communicate suggestions, wishes or problems which may arise during your service in a timely manner directly to the person providing your service (driver, guide, etc.). They are usually the one who can assist you most quickly.
- Please do not wait until the end of the service, or afterwards, to voice any questions, concerns or requests you may have about your service. We cannot redress complaints made after a service has ended.
- Best Private Tours clearly specifies what is included and what is not included in our tours. Please make sure you are fully aware of and understand what the tour includes before booking.
Best Private Tours reserves the right to modify booking procedures, terms and conditions and/or program prices at any time without notice.
